Sole Collector

Todays sneaks are the metallic Air Jordan retro V's. This is actually one of my favorite pairs of sneakers because of the ice bottom and the tongue that reflects in the light but believe it or not, I never wear these. I will most definitely start to bring these out more now that summer is around the corner and wear them with a few different styles. I look forward to rocking these.

World Peace or Artest?

After splitting Durant and Ibaka on a Lakers fast break and throwing down a ferocious dunk on Durant, the Los Angeles Lakers forward Meta World Peace let his emotions get the best of him. Following this dunk he began to outrageously beat his chest like a primate and followed this with a bone crushing elbow to the temple area of Oklahoma City Thunder guard James Harden. Harden immediately fell to the floor and stayed on the court for about 2 minutes. To make a long story short, James Harden received a concussion and Meta World Peace received a seven game suspension. The question that I raise in the case of this whole sequence of events is was this elbow intentional or not? I personally believe this was no accident due to  the fact that World Peace did not  proceed to go back down the court and check on Harden after his ferocious elbow. World Peace has a history of immature and bad behavior with previous teams and when he went by his birth name of Ron Artest. Clearly this was a flashback to what he used to be like, and he let his emotions get the best of him. With that being said it is clear that this players true colors were visible again World Peace's name is clearly misleading. Ron Artest has returned from the dead.

A Simple Man

Action Bronson

It's funny how I stumble up on new underground artists all the time and I never really give them a chance, but with Action Bronson it was totally different. From his old school vibe to his precise lyrics, this Albanian rapper from Queens, New York brings a smooth flow and a some what old school feel back to the hip-hop industry. This is exactly what hip-hop needed and Action Bronson is definitely on the come up. Above I posted the first song that I heard from this artist entitled "Barry Horowitz" and after listening I immediately went to download his mos recent mixtape entitled "Blue Chips" and I will also give his album "Well Done" which came out in 2011 a listen also. My review on that mixtape will be coming soon but in the mean time I will continue to enjoy the smooth sound of Action Bronson.
