Flashback Album "The Score" (Fugees)

I have had this album in heavy rotation lately, ran across the original copy a few days ago while looking through boxes. I'm super siced that I found it because it is definitely a classic from a group that could have done serious damage if they would have stayed together.

Spike Lee Boycotting Tarantino's Film "Django Unchained."

"A Slavery was not a Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western, it was a Holocaust. My ancestors are slaves stolen from Africa, I will honor them," is what Spike Lee tweeted about "Django Unchained" the upcoming film produced by Quentin Tarantino. Do not look for producer Spike Lee to be in the movie theater when this movie is released. This is not the first time Lee and Tarantino have been in dispute with one another, in previous history Lee has not been happy with the use of the "N" word in previous films that Tarantino produced. This film has just reignited an old flame between the two and I am excited to see what comes of this.

Pro Era Member Capital Steez Dead at the Age of 19

After the highly anticipated release of the Pro Era mix tape "Peep The Aprocalypse," disturbing news has shaken the hip hop community and the fans of Pro Era. Earlier this morning Jamal Warner "Capital Steez" was pronounced dead but the cause of death is still unknown. At 11:59 pm on Sunday night Steez supposedly tweeted the end, which possibly gave some type of insight that his death was in the near future. The extremely talented 19 year old pierced the hip hop industry along side of his best friend and Pro Era crew member Joey Bada$$. Steez had the classic "Illmatic" type of flow with extremely dope lyrics and metaphors that would make the mind wonder. My prayers go out to the Jamal "Capital Steez" Warner's family, the Pro Era Crew, and his entire fan base because a we have lost a talented young man. RIP Steez

A few weeks back I posted a pic of a few new pick ups that I purchased. Finally I decided to wear them and I think it turned out pretty dope. Above I am wearing a CCM vintage Blackhawks jersey, Stussy snap hat, khaki Levi chinos, and Cutting Jade Lebron X's. Pro Era "Peep The Aprocalypse" Mixtape Release

With the hype over the possible Apocalypse that is supposed to happen on December 21, 2012 the highly talented Pro Era led by Joey Bada$$ has decided to release a mixtape entitled "Peep The Aprocalypse." Now we see hints of Pro era in previous mix tapes put out by Joey Bada$$ such as "1999" and "Rejex." Although these two projects were centered around Joey, it is able to see how talented this crew is in tracks such as Survival Tactics, HardKnock, and Suspect. With Chuck Strangers dropping dope beats and other members such as CJ Fly, Capital Steez, and Joey Bada$$ putting their stamp on tracks, this is definitely going to be a superb mix tape. Pro era is very talented and every single one of the members can kill a track with their own style so I am excited to listen to this tape. It is safe to say that f the world ends tomorrow, I will die listening to this tape.

Notorious BIG Autopsy Released

It is extremely crazy that this actually took 16 years to be released but here is the autopsy for Christopher "Notorious BIG" Wallace.

It is stated that Wallace was in fact shot a total of four times in the Chevy Suburban and 3 of the 4 shots were not fatal at all.

Gun Shot #1- Struck Wallace in his left forearm and traveled down to his wrist.

Gun Shot #2- Struck Wallace in his back and exited out of his left shoulder, missing all vital organs.

Gun Shot #3- Struck Wallace in his left thigh and exited out of his inner left thigh. The projectile then struck the left side of the scrotum, causing a very shallow 3/8 linear laceration.

Gun Shot #4- Entered Wallace's body through his right hip and ripped it's way through several vital organs (Colon, Liver, Heart, and upper lobe of his Left Lung) before coming to rest in his left shoulder.
